Learn how it worksAndrew Johnson founded Vibrant Blue in 2018 after stepping away from traditional employment to consult independently. In 2025 he moved to it full time. In 2026 he began building out three distinct ways to work with Vibrant Blue, each solving a different problem he'd run into himself: finding the right senior help for a complex challenge, getting practical support at small-business scale, and building the infrastructure he wished had existed when he first went independent.
